1. Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

3. How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@deyliostore.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Exceptions

Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items cannot be returned.
